Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and invoices are included.
• No signs of wear or damage are present.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at growth.sciencenutrition@gmail.com with your order details.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us (return shipping fees may apply).

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 20–30 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged/incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the issue.
• We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
• Items without original packaging.
